This is my fifth year in real estate and  I am looking forward to another record breaking year in my business as I begin my partnership with Armor Realty of Tallahassee.  Paul Armor, broker for over 27 years contributes to the success of each one of his agents and the many that he has trained over the years both as a broker and through his leadership within the Tallahassee Board of Realtors. Today I spent a beautiful afternoon touring several new developments in our area.  I can't tell you how beautiful the area surrounding Tallahassee truly is. As we neared Gadsden county to the West, and walked the banks of the Ochlochnee River I was reminded why I love North Florida so!  I am reminded that if you are ready to retire, or to take your family just minutes away from our city, there is a place for you.  Wildlife, solitude, nature and fresh air abound in Leon County!

We then traveled east along the northeast rim of Leon County into Jefferson County near Monticello. Again,.. it just doesn't get any better than the hills, the winding roads, the spring foilage that surround us. 

There are several new developments, of which I will keep you posted, that will accomodate the modest home buyer and those with the most elaborate plans for their dream homes.  There will soon be available lot listings that range from .65 acre to 5 acres, from curb and gutter development to narrow winding roads leading to some of the most pristine property still existing in North Florida.  You will want to bea  part of this, believe me!  Stay tuned on my progress, watch for marketing announcements.
