MEET DEBBIE'S HOME TEAM

Debbie Kirkland has been a Top Producing Realtor within the Tallahassee area since entering the profession in 2002.

        Debbie works within Armor Realty of Tallahassee among agents that are along with her consistently place within the Top 5% of agents in the area. Debbie utilizes the assistance of newer agents, and several key experienced agents within the company to help provide even more services and accessibility to her customers.

    Debbie has assembled and personally oversees a team of professionals that work with her on many of her transactions. Each person on her team has specific strengths that enable Debbie to coordinate every detail of each transaction with personal attention.

Debbie's hobbies are photography, painting, technology, and, yes,.. she owns a Harley Davidson and has a love of traveling throughout the US.

Kevin Cleaver - Kevin will be arriving soon! Kevin is a 2008 graduate of Florida State University. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Business.   Kevin will become a referral specialist and will provide buyers who are relocating to the Tallahassee area or customers who are moving out of the area and who will need a Realtor to serve them in their new locations. Kevin will also work with Debbie to arrange pre-qualifications for buyers in preparation for their real estate purchase.

            Together, Kevin and Jill will be working with our Investors and will be helping these Investors analyze the returns on their real estate investments.  Whether it is time to sell... or to purchase, they are here to assist you by providing you information that will help the beginning investor structure a real estate investment portfolio and to assist the savvy investor with current market analysis on properties currently owned or considered for purchase or as part of a real estate 1031 exchange.

    Jill Kirkland is our Media and Marketing manager. She handles advertising, photographs, virtual tours and coordinates technology and internet exposure for all of our properties.  If you are a seller, you will get to know her during your transaction!

    Jill is a 2008 graduate of Florida State University and holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and a minor in Business.  Jill is also a certified personal fitness trainer. She is also Debbie's oldest daughter! Her hobbies are bicycling, going to the beach and work-outs with her clients. 

    Carly Kirkland is our girl Friday,.. and Monday thru Sunday!  Carly handles the errands, delivering and faxing documents, filing, flyer designs and delivery.  She loves to have lunch with Debbie's customers and is a great for PR (public relations)!

Carly is Debbie's youngest daughter and is a senior at Chiles High School, and takes classes at Tallahassee Community College. She is a fabulous dancer and will be attending Florida State University in the fall of 2008.
