My relationship with you is different, I serve my customers with a transaction brokerage relationship. The difference in this and a builder's relationship with you is that I will work with both sides to bring a transaction to successful closing. All the details, on both sides, I will negotiate and handle as the transaction progresses. My experience in construction is invaluable to my customers.

I know about the quality of thier work, their home warranty program, their sub-contractor suppliers, and even their personalities and business practices! (Is that important..... ughh.. when your hot water heater stops working in the middle of the night... you bet!) I will work with you to find the perfect fit with a builder and to help you design every detail to meet the needs of your family.
Our local builders are our largest assets.... most co-operate with local REALTORS and value the assitance of those REALTORS to handle contracts, and the communication with the buyer. They appreciate our confidence in recommending them to our customers and in our repeat business.
We will provide you with a list of builders upon request and set up appointments for the opportunity for you to personally interview these builders, to see homes under construction and/or finished products that will help you make your final selection. You can mix, match, expand, or decrease our floor plans--or use your own!!
