Magnolia Forest, begun in 2003 is a lovely subdivision carefully planned among rolling hills, planted pines, natural spring heads and magnolias and other hardwood and longleaf pine groves.
Magnolia Forest is located just off Highway 90 West of Tallahassee, the capitol of Florida. Many residents commute to the Tallahassee area for work and recreation. The Sparkleberry plant was one of the first things that the developer, Raymond Sheline, noticed as he roamed the area with plans for developing this beautiful subdivision. One of the streets is named for this plant as well as other streets named for native species. Careful planing went into protecting the natural fauna while providing privacy and wooded views for homeowners.
The subdivision features:
Paved Streets
Sidewalks
132 Total Lots
260 Total Acres
75 Acres of Conservation Areas
