Key Features of Los Robles

The Homes

To no surprise, the majority of homes in Los Robles are of Spanish stucco design. Other homes resemble traditional southern mansions and eclectic European designs. Due to Los Robles’s diverse home sizes and styles, prices can range from below $200k all the way up to the mid-$800ks and beyond. Massive oak trees and mesmerizing natural landscaping make Los Robles homes have some of the best curb appeal in the area.

The Neighborhood Club

In the center of the neighborhood, you’ll find the Los Robles Women’s Club—a Spanish-style building used for business meetings, social gatherings, weddings, and much more. The women’s club hosts several programs to bring community members together, ranging from arts and crafts to education programs promoting children’s literacy. Beautifully constructed inside and out, the club building is adjacent to the Los Robles community park.
