The terms for negotiation should be clear as both parties may agree or disagree with the terms provided by each party. A Buyers Disclosure is an integral part of the contract as well as they disclose what is legally required by the State of Florida Real Estate Law designed to disclose to both buyers and sellers items such as radon gas, lead based paint, property tax, school zone, and homeowners association fees and membership requirements, restrictive covenants, and land use disclaimers. This forms is attached as an addendum to every contract negotiated.Sellers Property Disclosures:
A Sellers Property Disclosure Statement are completed by sellers and are used to disclose all know facts that may materially affect the value and condition of the property being sold. Did you know that most all For Sale By Owners rarely fully disclose information found in this form? A Home Inspection are advised on every property, whether warranted or "As-is" offered properties, knowing the condition of electrical, plumbing, heating and air systems, roofs, foundations, appliances, well and septic tanks and even smaller items like window and door locks are vital to your purchase.
